if that is the case, are the people fancied identified by the people
fancying them? If so, how are they identified? (I would be very
concerned if there was a targeting of any 12 year old) If it is not
aimed at individuals - e.g. aimed at a purchased mailing list - how are
the recipients identified? What (if any) penalties are there for adding
a 12 year old's contact details to any mailing list without *express*
parental consent? - or even without the 12 year old's consent?

How did the adverts say the recipients - any age - would be identified -
and protected?

Please remind me of the *legal* definition of "harrassment". If anyone
knows of any legislation regarding the spaming of unwilling recipients
of text message recipients, I'd be grateful for a URL
