The NHS were not even able to get a consultant to give them an honest 
view on encryption, ie one without some deliberate lies. The NHS 
record on computers can only be described as being unable to organise 
a leg-over in a brothel.

Two views of one copy, impossible:-)

Anyway, that still leaves the problem of what happens when the one 
copy goes puff.
