You can ask for and pay for a copy.
People going abroad would do well to have a copy of their notes, and also=
to=20
make sure they are parked somewhere while they are away, as the NHS may=20
destroy them after a couple of years if you declare at a port you are goi=
ng=20
away.
Of course, in Holland you have a right to demand your records are destroy=
ed=20
at any time. I feel ambivalent about this, as I feel the records are in =
fact=20
useful quite often.
