"Palladium" Patent

For those who have not seen it, here's the Microsoft patent 
for proto-Palladium which was published last December and
provides details on how it is supposed to work:

Whether the patent is exactly the same as Palladium
may be scrutinized in the light recent criticism and
smoke of the Newsweek hoopla.

Are there related patents for implementing Palladium in 
hardware, or are those working their way through legislative
and treaty drafters?
