Unfortunately, one of the problems with the current Labour government is
that they are for sale for rather less than the Tories, because of the
lack of rich people in their number.  A few consultancies here, a few
bribes there, and publishers can get what they want.

The best line is to point out that integrating secure crypto content
management into Windows proliferates strong crypto, and machines which
contain private data in such crypto structures will cause law
enforcement massive problems.
