The point is that whether these people are happy or not is irrelevant since
anyone can get the CD/DVD and do the same lookups that Alison just did. And
in total it took her under a minute to do.

020 is the phone code for London as of about 2 years ago.

8... .... is an "outer London" phone number, and 7... .... is an "inner
london" phone number.
