Information that a council had made such a statement (I don't know if it was
Cambridge or not) was on http://www.stand.org.uk/ on June 13

feeling that FIPR may have mentioned it in a release around the same time
but, as one of the Stand guys, I've lost track of what I read where in the
last coupla weeks  *GRIN*
