I think that you are wrong:-) It is something that has been suggested
by dangerous intellectuals, people on this list and other terrorists
(we all fall within the Terrorism Act 2000's definitions if
necessary). Perhaps we are not people:-)
However, it is certainly not something that has been suggested by the
NHS empire, AFAIK. The possibility of forging a doctor's signature
for nefarious ends is far too tempting.
