The Axis of Evil, which as we all know has a head office at Queen 
Anne's Gate in London, would never warm to such a scheme.

The innocent have nothing to fear from living in the open prison they 
are rapidly creating. People certainly shouldn't worry their pretty 
little heads about something terribly complicated like keys. Far 
easier to let us do it for you.
