One can get little booklets about road signs in various countries.
Although the signs are standardised in much of Europe the wording is
still different. Tolls are one of those that will be covered.
We have road tolling here, on the Forth Road Bridge. There is not a
steady stream of stories from the bridge board about people who claim
they didn't know there is a toll (for all vehicles, except for the
exempt ones), not even "daft foreigners".
