Not quite, but under the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 the buyer must
have a reasonable opportunity to examine the goods, in this case the licence
as well as the software itself.

So you're ok then, assuming that 30 days is enough, which it should be
unless the buyer has gone on holiday for a month before examining it (I've
done that).
