I just dug out one program which I still have on original media, an
audio cassette.
This is "SPEECH!" for the BBC Micro, by Superior Software. I've no
idea if the tape is still readable, I'd have to dig out a tape recorder
and a BBC micro to test. However the only documentation that comes
with the program is an inlay card in the tape box.
Nothing printed on the inlay card is a Licence. From memory, there were
no Licence agreements presented when running the program.
So by your logic, even thought I have all of the original materials,
I may not execute this software.
