Yet another reason why content company/$cientologist dreams of global
document revocation lists using technology such as Palladium/TCPA will come
to naught... Courts would certainly insist on having access to hardware or
software that ignored the lists when it came to 'revoked' documents that the
courts were interested in examining...

(They would doubtless also have arrangements with the manufacturers of
Trusted Platform Modules in such systems to decrypt seized data accessible
using manufacturer keys)
