Well, that is clearly not wrong in itself, but pragmatically around here,=

I can make a reasonable effort that keeps my patients records and=20
communications secure for the rest of their lifetime and mine, neither of=

is going to be bothered by subsequent events, so it is a reasonable place=
to=20
start worrying, I'd say.
