nope they're not silly questions at all...  i believe the story is that t=

was going to be the case until FIPR (www.fipr.org) successfully lobbied=20
against it - on the grounds that you would be guilty until presumed innoc=
ent=20
(which, lets face it, most of this law is anyhow....!)

what worries me is how open to abuse this could be. not just from being=20
accused of 'paedophilia'.... but imagine you're an activist, not all that=

liked by govt. for your opinions, and someone decides to suspect your har=
d=20
disk has 'terrorist' material....=20
