The point of relevenace to the list are the general principals rather than
the distasteful subject matter.
Consideration of burdens of proof, intepretaion of staute in relation to a
computer crime and the nuances of the Actus reus and Mens Rea.
These are all relevant to other statutes which have taxed us here for many
months in the past RIPA,TA etc and the implications for crypto.
Once a judge has decided what is what, it will be difficult to change the
minds of subsequent judiciary, when considering other or similar technical
points.
I assure the list it was not posted for "Red Top" sensationalist purposes.
