RSA data security's standard riposte to people who claim to have a
super new factoring algorithm is to point them at their challenge
list.
Our response to this claim is in a similar vein. If such a card
exists, send us three dozen copies, plus a covering letter saying
that we won't be sued if we publish how we broke it.
One of my students broke a 4758, for goodness' sake ...
