Thank you for your observations:
You are correct.
My Web Pages discuss our proposals in much greater detail
and include identically the same reference to Maurer's work as
you provide. In fact I secured Maurer's permission to make
reference to his paper. I hope you will be interested to
download my Web Pages and comment further.
We call our cryptosystem BCF for convenience and it has had
extensive development over several years to become suitable
for practical use.
Incidentally our aim has also been to reduce the risks which
arise from careless or malicious disregard of good security
practices amongst employees.
