Hmmmm....how about DNA computation, or even human DNA replication.  Would
you say that DNA is a 'device' which is 'used for the primary purpose' of
processing or copying information in a digital form?  Still, perhaps the
current attempts in the US to clone humans would fall foul of this act!

I note that the definition for the term "interactive digital device" can
include many examples which are not 'interactive' in the sense of direct
interactivity with operators/users.

I further note that it is specifically 'interactive digital devices' without
the appropriate security technologies which are prohibited (subject to
caveats); whereas section 102 discusses the preservation of the integrity of
security of 'interactive computer services' and appears to be the raison
d'etre of the Findings (section 201) - but I cannot find anything in the
document to link 'interactive digital devices' and 'interactive computer
services'.  Thus, the bill could result in enormous changes far exceeding
the scope of 'interactive computer services'.
