It is highly probable that NAI will invoke, or threaten to, the 
DMCA for anti-circumvention of its licensing restrictions 
of PGPsdk source code. 

Publicly report a fault, get indicted in the USA, even if discovered 
and reported in another country or on the Internet.

Computer programmers and compsec reverse-engineers
should visit the USA very cautiously if at all -- violation of 
the DMCA may well be applied soon retroactively.
