Well...I suspect their lawyer or whoever approved that set of
conditions did not grasp the content, but I suppose ideally people who
depend on the effectiveness of PGP would check it themselves
regardless of what else they can do with it.

There are an amazing number of people apparently in IT business who
seem unable to grasp this set of points though...
