Absolutely, as I often explain to people, "Internet Time" applies to
lobbying and regulatory issues too. I get five times as much done as a
result of being able to access (and circulate) documents so easily, and
to be able to network with colleagues. In this context, the fact that
the subject matter is the Internet is irrelevant.
