You see no distinction between recording flows of money, and recording
who everyone talks to, where everyone goes, and which websites they
visit ?

Incidentally, although the Big Browser amendment won't allow access to
full the URL (only IP address of server) under RIP Pt.I Ch.II, it could
be got at with a production order.

What is your view of whether ISPs can/should/must log the web browsing
of customers ?
