Stego covertext should be derived from well-known copyrighted images,
manipulated to destroy possible copyright watermarks by the addition of
"random" noise or distortion which actually contains the embedded text.
This gives good plausible deniability against detection, and being guilty of
copyright violation would be much less onerous than being charged with
terrorist offences (unless of course you are in the US, or otherwise subject
to DMCA...)
