So <counts on fingers, probably incorrectly> it is about 22 days since the
need for this legislation suddenly became apparent, and here is 122 pages of
carefully thought out legislation that doesn't owe anything to an agenda
that someone who should be thinking of their country's interests has seen
fit to distract the national effort with.

HOw does one select people who won't play their own games when they should
be playing for their country to work in gov (or for that matter the NHS
where we get it using about 98% of the administrative time and effort)?
