Unfortunately, I'm going to have to rm -r the ukcrypto Web archive I've been keeping at UCL. Our webserver can hopefully redirect all requests for http://www.cs.ucl.ac.uk/staff/I.Brown/archives/ukcrypto/* to Steve Early's archive at http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/ukcrypto (only 50 miles north of here :) But I'd suggest people update their bookmarks anyway.
