 The problem, which is now fixed, was probably my fault.  'UkCrypto'
 is, after all, only an email address:  somehow I  managed to instruct
 turnpike that this 'person' had a public key which it should by default 
 encrypt all 'his' messages to.  You could make that mistake on any
 decent email program (it would be a complete pain in the arse if I
 could NOT set automatic encryption to my regular contacts with keys).
