I posted a similar story to this list a while back, though obviously it's less
of an official public admission than this.

The Council of Europe Convention on Cybercrime allows for extradition without
dual-criminality so it might
not even be necessary to wait for holiday time!

Very like this, since it involves two 'offences'; unlawful access / entry and
the perpetration of a criminal
act once they're in. Disrespect for other countries' sovereignty probably comes
under the 'old offence, new
method' category....
