The age-old defence of 15 year old hackers everywhere :-)

Could this lead to a situation where, for example, police agent of country
A performs a without-warrant search on computer in country B, then six
months later happens to go on holiday to country B where he is promptly
arrested under country B's Computer Misuse Act equivalent.

A little bit like the Garda arresting UK soldiers who cross into Ireland
whilst carrying guns.
