SS:49-71 are concerned with extending powers of search and seizure, and
appear to be very widely drawn.

S:71 MAY give ISPs a headache as it deals with the importation of Pornography.

Remember the discussion we had regarding C&E checking HDDs of notebooks
with a disk, well now they will have power to confiscate HDDs(amongst other
things) if they "suspect" you may be doing something naughty.

Remember to be very nice to the C&E man when you are on that business trip
which you can't be late for and need the presentation slides on your Notebook!
