Is it possible that the plan is to make the secure OS incompatible
with existing applications? Then, if legislations can be "persuaded"
to require a secure OS, everyone would have to pay to upgrade both OS
and applications - which would be a nice earner for the software
supplier. Or is this too cynical a suggestion?
