But that's my problem. Who are you to decide whether I should be faced
with it or not? This is obviously "rights" defined as "what the nice man
in the suit says you can do".

That's no reason for someone government official to come and prevent me
making the choice. Nice if they help out a little, but it is still my
choice, not theirs.
