As usual we need to see the small print but I am certainly interested in one
feature that figured in the announcement - it indicated that users would be
fully insured against fraud.
It is quite possible that this will prove to be less than robust than it
appears but there may be something of value here if the Post Office will
truly carry ***all*** the risks involved.
