A major concern at UCL when we were trying to get secure e-mail going 
internally was to make sure that exam papers, marks etc. are sent to the 
right staff rather than students whose e-mail addresses are similar! Some UK
universities go to the lengths of putting "student" into all of their 
student addresses partly for this reason...
