Wapping, and the police will feel quite at liberty to give you a good
kicking.  Complain that the red diesel you run your vehicles on is
costing ``too much'', or that your business is losing money because you
decided to raise your profits by feeding cows on substandard feed (*),
and suddenly they are politeness itself.  Interesting, from a Marxist
perspective, to watch how quickly members of the proletariat (the
police) will side with the petit bourgoise (farmers and hauliers).

(*) Which is the origin of the BSE crisis, no matter how much farmers
huff and puff.
