you have to admire (at least a little) the forethought that has gone into
marketing spin of this magnetude! we have
a) RSASI have always been a benevolent father watching over the development
of secure e-commerce
b) RSASI are not a one-string company; our (primary access to RSA) library
is multifunction and no, you can't use it free now as it is our product
c) Their insistance on RSAREF over native implimentations is hardly
mentioned - apart from -
d) the FAQ question "now I can't rely on RSA to enforce their licence, how
can I tell I am getting 'genuine' RSA?"
and last but not least, in order to get your "free t-shirt" you need to fill
in a mini-quiz explaining how RSASI can continue to be a market leader in
RSA even after they have lost their monopoly.
hello? was that marketdroids from M$oft at the back there taking notes? :+)
