The RIP Info Centre has been updated with:

*) www.fipr.org/rip#media Coverage of new draft of Council of Europe
Cybercrime treaty, with ambiguous crypto-GAK clauses, (soon to be further
discussed at closed G8 conference in Berlin) - also links to an alternate
draft treaty from Stanford

*) www.fipr.org/rip Links to final DTI Lawful Business Practice regulations,
said to be in conflict with code of practice consultation from Data
Protection Commissioner covering employee surveillance (Section 6
recommended reading), and new Cabinet Office PIU project on the sharing of
data within government and privacy issues.
