How many criminal confederates do you think the average criminal has?  I
don't know, but I'd be surprised if that was a large number.  How
complex is each message?  I don't know, but I'd be surprised if they
were mailing 200K documents around.

But amongst what's being discussed here are money laundering (which we
assume is lucrative) and drug dealing (which we know is lucrative).  If
these crimes are not lucrative, why would people be doing them?
