My thoughts entirely, not very reassuring is it, and presumably the MI5
operative had a considerably higher standard of training in security matters
than say the average DC from Anytown local nick, and he was still able to
"loose" a Notebook, the contents of which are largely irrelevant, compared
to the fact that it happened at all.
