So, to cut to the chase, are you suggesting that intercepting ATM
transactions (which I am assuming are not accesssible from a public
network and therefore "neither") is not an offence?
What other sort of networks would fall into "neither"? (I am thinking
about credit card systems, but I don't know if they use the phone network.)
Why do I get the feeling that the government may allow an amendment
covering this?
