Hi,

I've been looking forward to some sort of dialogue on this list. So I 
came back and re-read the above message. Talk about mealy-mouthed 
spin-doctored rubbish!

How do you go from:
"The minister wanted to share his views with the members of Ukcrypto."
to
"His posting is certainly not a one-off one-way communication."

My current interpretation of the above statement is that we can expect it 
to be one of many one-way communications.

Is the minister sending us press releases _OR_ did he write to this 
_discussion list_ to discuss policy? If he wants to listen to us, he 
should lurk. Press releases should be sent to the press.
