RIP FOR INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS?

I did reproduce the Charles Clarke opinion (RIP for Individual 
Rights? - posted to ukcrypto mailing list on 13 March, 2000) at 
http://www.cyber-rights.org/documents/rip-clarke.htm for wider 
dissemination and discussion. We are also willing to publish any 
responses that you may have in relation to Mr. Clarke's opinion and 
please do send me your responses for addition to these pages.

I have seen some responses so far in the ukcrypto list but please do 
resend them to me if you want them to be published through the cyber-
rights.org pages.
