There are times when it is appropriate to slag off judges, but this isn't
one of them. There is a High Court judge permanently on duty for urgent
applications, mostly injunctions, and it *is* possible for anyone (not just
PMs) to get a court order at any time, day or night. In appropriate cases a
judge will make an order over the phone.
