Sooner the better for collation and checking, byut take your time until it
is right. Standing Ctte moves through the bill in Clause order (and can't go
backwards). Best guess for 1st sitting is 15/16th March, and then uncertain
how fast will move (I will report - intend to attend every sitting as Member
of Public). Amendments can be tabled up to previous parliamentary day before
next sitting. but in practice we may need time to brief on issue
