Amendments and speaking notes in preparation, must very happy to accept any
from ukcryptonites

As per previous post,

Please submit in form

Amendment: (in parliamentary normal form)
[not utterly straightforward, suggest peruse and figure it out from
http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm199900/cmbills/049/amend/00302m01
.htm]

Rationale: what it is intended to achieve in lucid context, no jargon, MP
must understand, 3 paras max

Speaking notes: preferably rhetorically ordered bullet points, couple of
lines each

Supplementary ammo: comebacks to anticpated specious or dodging responses,
with explanation of applicability
