Would it not be covered by the Computer Misuse Act. Either that or as
simple larceny -- theft of something as æthereal as data (be it an
encryption key or otherwise) is surely still theft.

Theft of a signature key could surely be linked with fraud (or attempt
or intent to defraud).

I dunno... IANAL and all that   :o)
