Presumption is supposed to be innocence.
Hmm. IIRC, the scottish jury has that option - but an english jury has to
find him guilty or innocent, and once tried and found innocent, he can't be
retried again - therefore *proved* innocent.
I could be wrong though - usual IANAL disclaimer and all that ;+)
