Invite the press round as you flamboyantly prepare an enormous
stack of forms asking for permission for each foreign student
to use photocopiers. (Those klystrons could be used for nuclear
weapons, after all) Making the government look ridiculous would
have to be a step in the right direction. Mark Thomas would be
