Dear Kathleen

The contract explicitly stated that it could be continued on the
same terms year by year - you should have a copy on file.

Best just send them an invoice, with a covering letter saying
something like:

`Dear Dr Peled

Following the agreement between Dr Ross Anderson and Efraim Mangell,
we are pleased to note that the contract between us for support of
the University's Tamper Laboratory will continue for a further year
on the same terms. I enclose our invoice for the annual subscription'.

I've no idea what Efraim's formal position is - it's an Israeli 
company so they all wear open necked shirts and use first names. But
he's the guy who runs the relevant department or section or whatever
