I think you will find they are not at defenceless as you think. I may know
more later this afternoon.

Many may think that the legal argument is lost, but the actions of HMG (or
lack of it) may well leave them with a legal headache.

I have to say that I am suprised at the level of interest in this,(Monday I
had ABC News from USA, press association etc etc). I know there a good many
who think this a bunch of "Kooks", but as I understand it at present they
have real money and are going to make a go of it.Whether they can overcome
the credibility issue is another matter.
